Focused on Project Development Today with the Opportunity to Transition into an IPP Model

Project Feasibility Stage

Conduct a comprehensive analysis to determine the technical, environmental, and economic viability of the solar project. This includes assessing solar resource potential, site suitability, financial models, and regulatory considerations.

Grid Connection

Design and plan the integration of the solar project with the local electrical grid. This involves securing grid connection agreements, assessing grid capacity, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations.

Land Acquisition

Identify, evaluate, and acquire a suitable site for the solar project. This process includes negotiating land leases or purchases, conducting environmental impact assessments, and ensuring compliance with local zoning and land use regulations.

Permit Planning

Develop a strategy to obtain all necessary permits and approvals required for the construction and operation of the solar project. This includes environmental permits, construction permits, and utility permits, as well as navigating local, state, and federal regulatory processes.

Project Financing

Secure the necessary funding to cover the capital costs of the solar project. This step involves developing financial models, approaching investors or financial institutions, and negotiating terms for loans, equity investments, or other financing mechanisms.

EPC Management

Manage the procurement of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services to build the solar project. This includes selecting EPC contractors, overseeing the construction process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining timelines and budgets.

IPP

Set up Independent Power Producer (IPP) agreements to sell the electricity generated by the solar project. This step includes negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with utilities or other off-takers, ensuring competitive pricing, and securing a stable revenue stream for the project.
